A house built with stone and wood, surrounded by a 750 square meter countyard with olive trees and carob trees. Near the most beautiful beaches Elafonisi, Falassarna and Balos, ideal choice for your summer vacation!

The building materials of the house are all naturally ecological. It is also eco friendly as it has to do with power, as it uses green energy (photovoltaic systems and gas). Stone, wood, ecological lawns and paints. Bedding with detachable strings, materials of coconut, latex and mattresse’s covers from aloe vera. Bed sheets, blankets, towels are 100% cotton.

Situated in Keramotí, a village near Elafonisi Beach, in Kissamos area on the west coast of Crete, this historical, stone-built house features a garden with a sun terrace. The house is 45 km from Chania Town and boasts views of the sea.

The property has been restored with respect to traditional architecture and using eco-friendly materials, while modern amenities are now featured. There is a seating area and a kitchen with a dining area as well as a private bathroom with bathrobes and free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are featured in this self-catering accommodation.
